Indil of the Silver-Mist

£15.00

A dancer of the dawn shadows, Indil is a one-of-a-kind art doll needle-felted from soft Corriedale wool. Cloaked in the lavender and navy of a Cornish morning mist, she wears a shimmering blue shell charm as a token of the sea.

Description

Indil is the keeper of the quiet hours, named for the silver light that clings to the West Penwith cliffs at dawn. Hand-felted with care, her gown is a ethereal blend of soft lavender and deep Atlantic navy, cinched with a delicate gossamer ribbon.

Her dark, cascading hair is adorned with a braided crown of moon-gold light, and she carries a detailed blue shell charm.  Indil is a unique, handcrafted treasure, born from wool and coastal magic in Mary’s Pendeen studio.

The Bridge of Light and Mist

“As the silver dawn light of the West Penwith cliffs fades into the deepening shadows of evening, the vigil passes from coast to moor. While Indil guards the quiet hours of the shoreline with her shell-born magic, her legendary counterpart Elowen emerges from the rolling sea mist.

Where Indil captures the clarity of the Atlantic navy, Elowen holds the lantern for those lost in the heather and gorse. If you find peace in Indil’s coastal serenity, you may feel the call of the ‘Silent Sentinel’ herself: [Elowen: Lightkeeper of the High Sisterhood Legends].”
